Well, not tossing and turning exactly since I still can't lay down. The intensity of the discomfort continues to fluctuate.

Right now I'm alternating between sitting on the side of my bed while rocking back and forth and belching in order to relieve some pressure and then resting on one elbow on the bed trying to fall asleep since I'm so so sleepy.

No peace so far.

The moderate amounts of pleasure I received from my three junk meals in the past 24 hours in no way justifies this incredible amount of discomfort and loss of sleep.

About 3 weeks ago, as a part of my weight loss, health and fitness plan, I started replacing almost all my meals with green smoothies comprised of a green meal replacement product as well as raw fruit and vegetables. Snacks have been comprised mostly of yogurt and fruit. This has allowed me (along with yoga and boxing) to lose more than 10 pounds in that 3 week period (mostly without effort I think).
