Lunch breaks were never this good in New York

Since I got to South Beach I've been hoping to get to the beach during the work day so I can increase my chances to relax. When I was working in Manhattan, most days I would leave the office for a few minutes to go grab a sandwich, come back to my desk and work while eating. This left virtually no time to just relax and "be" and resulted in ever increasing stress. Now, with a flexible work schedule and close proximity to the beach, I can change that forever. Lunch doesn't give me a lot of time but it's enough to get to the beach, spread out my blanket, write in my journal, blog (as I'm doing now), meditate or do a combination. Not a whole lot of time but it gives me a chance to relax during the day and take care of some things which are very important to me. For the first time I feel like I'm on my way to achieving a very good work life balance. Time's almost up...not quite there yet :-).
