This is another example of how science and spirituality are merging closer in this age of Dwapara Yuga, despite the efforts of the Kali Yuga hangers on who try to discredit this inevitable merger. Very interesting reading throughout.

A great review of cellular biology for people like me that haven't given in a second thought since high school. (first several chapters)

Thought provoking conclusions as to how our own thoughts actually influence our lives. We all know from experience that bad thoughts breed more bad thoughts and positive thinking can help bring about great changes in our lives.

I recommend this book very much.

Biology of Belief is no doubt a must read and the most important book you will ever read! It shows that our DNA do not control our body, but instead, it is our positive or negative thoughts that control our genes and DNA. There are much more in the book. I deeply recommend you to have one.
